1.壓緊
板框壓濾機事先對整機檢查，包括濾布、電源是否正常，注意要打開排出閥。在按下“啟動”按鈕。這時油泵開始工作，然后活塞推動壓緊板壓緊，當(dāng)慮室的壓力達到設(shè)計點時，液壓器就會自動暫停工作。當(dāng)隨后的工作中，壓力減小，不能滿足正常工作時，液壓系統(tǒng)會自動開啟。
2.進料
當(dāng)板框壓濾機壓緊后，即可進行進料操作：開啟進料泵，并緩慢開啟進料閥門，進料壓力逐漸升高至正常壓力。這時觀察板框壓濾機出液情況和濾板間的滲漏情況，過濾一段時間后板框壓濾機出液孔出液量逐漸減少，這時說明濾室內(nèi)濾渣正在逐漸充滿，當(dāng)出液口不出液或只有很少量液體時，證明濾室內(nèi)濾渣已經(jīng)完全充滿形成濾餅。如需要對濾餅進洗滌或風(fēng)干操作，即可隨后進行，如不需要洗滌或風(fēng)干操作即可進行卸餅操作。
3.洗滌或風(fēng)干
板框壓濾機濾餅充滿后，關(guān)停進料泵和進料閥門。開起洗滌泵或空壓機，緩慢開啟進洗液或進風(fēng)閥門，對濾餅進行洗滌或風(fēng)干。操作完成后，關(guān)閉洗液泵或空壓機及其閥門，即可進行卸餅操作。
4.卸餅

After filtering for a period of time, the liquid output from the filter press of the plate frame filter is gradually reduced. At this time, the filter residue in the filter chamber is gradually filling up. When the liquid port is not discharged or there is only a small amount of liquid, it is proved that the filter residue in the filter chamber is completely filled to form a filter cake. 3. Wash or air dry

Open the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing liquid or air inlet valve, and wash or air dry the filter cake. After the operation is completed, the washing machine or the air compressor and its valves are closed, and the unloading operation can be performed.
4. Unloading cake
